I've just fallen in love with a new fabric designer Emily Bond. Her designs are beautifully simple, elegant and are not floral which does make a change. From what I can see her inspiration is the English countryside; animals, mainly dogs, though there is a 'diary cow' print thrown into the mix. Her printed fabrics are built up by repeated images, on natural linen. Though she doesn’t only do fabrics she also does wallpapers and has recently branched into home ware, making cute tea cosies, tea towels and little dog beds.
